Needs & Provided Solution
As a leading interpreter company, LanguageLine Solutions wanted to update its old mobile app user interface (UI) and make it compatible with the latest iPhone models. The iPhone app eliminates the need to remember toll-free and PIN numbers to access an immediate interpreter. The two requirements were for a modern UI/UX and a microsite acting as a landing page to promote the app.
Through various planning, collaboration and execution phases, eLab Communications developed a modern, simple and flat-based user interface (UI). The end-result was an contemporary and easy-to-use app.
The mobile app allows users to simply open the app, select the language needed and in one simple click call a live interpreter. The app also comes with a free library of the most frequently used phrases translated into 10 of the most popular languages.
